Refund policy

At Feather & Thorn, I want you to love what you purchase. Please read the following carefully before placing an order:

• Apparel (e.g., T-shirts, tote bags, etc.):

  All apparel sales are final. Due to the nature of printed clothing and limited stock, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on apparel items.

• Handmade Items (e.g., artwork, charms, ornaments, etc.):

  I gladly accept returns on handmade items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
